Praised Be Jesus and Mary!

We wish to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all of you, students, parents, alumni members and to all our stakeholders for all the support and understanding especially for this academic year 2019-2020.  It is unfortunate that the closing of the school year was not what we expected to be, but nevertheless, the safety of everyone is our prime concern.  Such unfortunate happening in the world is beyond our control.

As soon as the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) will be lifted, we shall be preparing the necessary documents and credentials for the release of this year’s graduates and honor students and will soon be posted on our school’s official website considering that they were cleared from their financial obligations and other subjects and department’s requirements.  In person graduation ceremony is indefinitely cancelled as we follow the directive on social distancing and mass gatherings and other restrictions brought about by the spread of the deadly Corona Virus 2019.  The safety and well-being of all is our primary concern.  These students have completed their academic requirements for School Year 2019-2020. 

We have posted in our website some procedural considerations in case the students will be enrolling for the summer as well as for School Year 2020-2021.  We will be applying a flexible, blended, online learning arrangements which our faculty are preparing for the continuity of their studies.  Physical presence of the students in skills subjects will be limited in number to be arranged by their respective advisers.  Summer Classes for the Graduate and College students will begin on June 8, 2020 to July 11, 2020 and the first semester to commence on July 15, 2020.

For those who would want to settle their financial obligations and complete their school’s requirements, our offices will be opened from Monday to Friday starting May 19, 2020 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. only.  We shall publish later on where you can settle your financial obligations in the school. 

Meanwhile, strict guidelines shall still be observed, thus, we are asking you to observe the following as you enter the school’s premises.

  1. Everyone is asked to bring and present their Home Quarantine Pass/ID to the guard on duty.  Foot bath and thermo scan are necessary as you enter the premises.    Have a handy sanitizer or alcohol with you.  You are not allowed to go anywhere inside the campus except where you will do your school business.   Please cooperate.
  2. Wear your face mask. NO FACE MASK, NO ENTRY.
  3. OBSERVE STRICT SOCIAL DISTANCING. The school will provide numbers as we are limiting the entry of people in the school to avoid overcrowding. 

In this very unfortunate circumstance that we are in, we beg for your cooperation, patience and understanding for some procedural changes that we are experiencing and we continue to include all of you in our prayers and that this virus that destroyed and killed many lives will totally banish from this earth.  We urge everyone to stay at home and go out only when there is an extreme necessity.
