In her glory she proclaims the greatness of the Lord and finds joy in God her savior. Her openness to God allowed God to work through her so that salvation might come to all. Mary is a model

symbol of the Church. May we be like Mary, open and obedient in God’s plan of salvation and let us also realize and fulfill the mission entrusted to us by God. May we always be reminded that Mary follows our footsteps with gentle concern, dispels the gloom in moments of darkness and distress and reassures us with her motherly hand.”
